I’m so excited about Redemption coming out! There’s the time issue. However, Aerin’s initial “response” to Dane was a bit hard to digest, though her initial behavior towards him is understandable in accordance with what she has been through. It believably shows how the philosophical split between the brightest acdemy in the ruling stellar government’s top academy resulted in revolution, and how their children, all unknowing, must live with the results.
I also appreciated the way the author depicted the development of the relationship between both main characters–strangers at the start of the novel, brought together ksterlund harrowing and life-threatening events.

I love the way their connection to one another unfolds. Jul 30, From the synopsis I was expecting more sinister plot twist than what the story ultimately revealed, but I still really enjoyed the seamlessly intertwined plot that Osterlund surprised me with. Aerin and Dane are there because of their extraordinary intelligence, and Anne Osterlund lets it shine through the pages.
At least that’s the only soul I’m introduced to on this ship.

About the plot I will not reveal ostdrlund. I’m not sure I can read a book knowing what happens on the last page. I like how the author interchanges between the perspectives of both characters but does it in such a subtle way.

They hope you enjoy their expedition in Exile as well. The characters come from completely different worlds–Aerin, an on-the-run ex-slave, and Dane, an unloved second son to a very wealthy and powerful man.
Anne Osterlund does not. With both of them so scared, every wall that comes down is replaced by another as they struggle to not let themselves trust. That is a really funny cover page for that book.
