By his definitions I too have been overtraining so I’m keen to put some of his suggestions into practice. I’ve just read his other book ‘Beyomd Brawn’, I guess he extolls the same principles, lower volume, progressive poundages and pefect form.
Whether through mcrobedt or unfounded bias, ignoring McRobert is something akin to ignoring the indisputable evidence that the earth is indeed round, and not flat. The most important aspect he emphasizes is perfect exercise form, you can be thinking you’redoing the exercise correctly, but think again.
